She went right to work and I mean work! This is a woman that knows what she is doing and doesn't stop until it is done. She could teach a college course on work ethic. She was worth every penny of my overtime money! She left the walls in perfect condition for painting. She also left the area spotless! So now I have a sea of white...did I mention I HATE white walls??!! There wasn't a single white wall in my house until today! So this too must be quickly remedied! But with what? I have no idea! I think a subtle yellow/gold, but that would look terrible with the current cabinets. So the cabinets will be painted too. White.
More white...better than wallpaper! (But only a little better!)
Do you share my vision of golds, yellows, blues...white cabinets...black hardware...granite counter tops...roosters? I can see it!
The paper in the hall bath was also removed. Surprise, hubby!
Your colors sound like they are going to be prety and cheery! I hate removing wallpaper and would gladly pay to have it done! Wise move there! :-)
ReplyDeleteShe did do a good job!I hate taking down wallpaper too..when we moved in our house it was all pale pink and baby blue everywhere...gross. Cant wait to see it painted.
