My Favorite Paint Color Party

Melissa at 320 *Sycamore is having a My Favorite Paint Color party. So here I go again....rambling on about Restoration Hardware's BUTTER paint. You can read my old ramblings here and here.

I love this color! I was given a lovely blue KitchenAid mixer by my husband for Christmas. I built the entire color scheme for the kitchen around it. I thought this lovely color would be perfect compliment to the blues I wanted to add. With white cabinets, this is a great addition of color.

It's actually really hard to get a good shot of the paint color in my kitchen because it is so chopped up by the cabinets. This photo was before the new counter tops and back splash but it really gives a true sense of the color. It really stands out against the white without screaming at you.

Here is the biggest block of the color in the whole kitchen. YUMMY!
Here it is today with some of the more recent additions. It is so creamy and lovely, you might want to lick the walls.........odds are there is some food splattered somewhere on them!
Now I'm going to check out the other posts from the party...I am looking for the perfect light blue for the bedroom.
